Zenefits integrates with Google, Microsoft, and Slack to Bring HR to Employees

There’s some love in the air – and it’s with our newest platform integrations.

We’re thrilled to help improve team productivity and engagement as we add Microsoft Teams and Slack to our integrated app directory, with an integration also planned with Google Hangouts Chat.

Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Google Hangouts Chat join our comprehensive app ecosystem that includes G Suite, Salesforce, Office 365, Expensify, eShares, Lyft, and more.

These systems – whether it’s for email, handling expenses, or taking care of 401Ks – are critical. However, updating each of these systems each time a new hire joins the team can be tedious and complicated.

With Zenefits, however, businesses have the ability to seamlessly integrate these everyday business systems within the Zenefits platform, making their day-to-day operations easier.

Here’s a look at how Zenefits integrates with Microsoft Teams:

How Integrations with Zenefits Works

Integrated systems are deeply connected within the Zenefits platform. It’s an app on the Zenefits dashboard, which means it just takes a few clicks to install and connect it with the rest of your HR systems. There’s no technical expertise involved.

Once connected, all systems share information securely through the platform, creating a seamless experience for users and creating a common system of record for employees across all aspects of HR.

For example, if you change someone’s manager within Zenefits, the Expensify app will take note and automatically update that person’s approver for expenses. Or similarly, if you update someone’s employment information in Zenefits, Salesforce will ask if you’d like to update their role/profile in Salesforce as well.

It’s a little like magic, right? Okay, maybe not – but there’s definitely some pretty amazing things happening on the back-end. Whatever it is, it’s saving administrators countless of hours by eliminating the need for data entry across systems.
