Issac Vaughn is SVP of Business Operations at Zenefits and is responsible for driving Zenefits’ customer experience, and leads the Business and Corporate Development and Legal teams at Zenefits. A seasoned business operator and legal advisor, Issac’s passion for empowering small businesses started when he was a partner in a major law firm representing small and emerging growth companies and observing the impact they had on the individuals that worked for them and the surrounding communities they operated in.
