- Participant who signs up for TriNet Zenefits HR with either a dedicated payroll or HR manager will receive free payroll software.
- Eligibility:
- Participant must have 1-500 active employees.
- Promoter shall in its sole discretion determine if the company is eligible for the promotion.
- The promotion is available to both net new customers and existing customers who upgrade to add either a dedicated payroll or HR manager.
- An annual contract is required.
- Participant must maintain both a base HR package and a dedicated payroll or HR manager throughout the contract term to remain eligible.
- Participant must be based in the United States of America.
- Other Conditions:
- The value of the free payroll software add-on is based on the prevailing price at the time of the promotion.
- No other discounts, offers, or incentives can be combined with this promotion.
- This is a limited time offer and is subject to availability.
- The promotion is not transferable.
- The collection and processing of personal information during this promotion are governed by TriNet Zenefits' Privacy Policy.
- Governing Law:
- The governing law and exclusive jurisdiction is New York.
- Modification and Termination:
- Promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of termination, if Participant has already enrolled and qualified for the promotion then they will continue to receive the benefits for the remainder of the contract term.
- Limitation of Liability:
- Promoter and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this promotion, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.
- Entire Agreement:
- These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and Promoter with respect to the promotion, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written.
