Insurance Licenses
All services available on Zenefits are provided by wholly-owned subsidiaries of YourPeople, Inc., dba Zenefits. HR services are provided by ManageYourPeople LLC, dba Zenefits HR Services. Payroll services are provided by PayYourPeople LLC, dba Zenefits Payroll Services. Zenefits no longer sells or solicits insurance. InsureYourPeople LLC, dba Zenefits Insurance Services, exists to partner with external brokers and customers and to segregate these activities from Zenefits HR Services and Zenefits Payroll Services.
You do not have to make a Zenefits partner broker your broker to use the Zenefits integrated HR, payroll, and other non-insurance platform services. Certain specific insurance-related services may require that a Zenefits partner broker be your broker of record so that we may facilitate the transaction of insurance on your behalf. Pricing for our integrated HR, payroll, and other platform services is not affected in any way by whether a Zenefits partner broker is your insurance broker. Here is some additional information about using Zenefits Insurance Services (or in the interim Zenefits FTW Insurance Services) for your insurance needs:
- Zenefits Insurance Services is licensed as an agency insurance producer in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Each one of these agency licenses is listed below and updated daily. Please note that non-insurance services, and certain administrative insurance roles not requiring a license, may be provided by non-licensed employees.
- Zenefits Insurance Services earns commissions from partner brokers for the sale and servicing of insurance products.
