We've updated TriNet Zenefits-generated Form I-9 and Form I-9 Reverification templates to align with the most recent USCIS published version of the Form I-9. We’ve improved the Onboarding Checklist by refining Eligibility Part 1, Part 2 and Document Upload sections with updated instructions, anti-discrimination notices, and a newly added checkbox for acceptable receipts. Additionally, admins can navigate to the Form I-9 Verification or Re-verification flow for any employee profile effortlessly with updated instructions, newly introduced checkboxes for acceptable receipts and the Department of Homeland Security’s authorized alternative procedure for examining Form I-9 documentation. Also, Section-3 has been renamed to Supplement B in the Form I-9 Reverification flow along with a newly introduced Additional Information field.
