Tax Day
Individual 2019 federal income tax returns (Form 1040) are due today. For sole proprietorships and LLCs taxed as a disregarded entity, submit Schedule C along with your personal tax return.
For corporations, submit corporate tax returns using Form 1120 and Schedule K-1.

IRS Deadlines
All due today:
- Quarterly Federal Excise Tax Return (Form 720)
- FUTA payments for Q2 (Form 940)
- Employer’s Quarterly Federal Tax Return (Form 941) for Q2, which includes estimated income tax payments, employer payments, and FICA taxes
If you offer your employees self-funded health plans with plan years ending after Sept. 30, 2012 and before Oct. 1, 2019, you must report and pay the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Trust Fund (PCORI) fee when submitting Form 720.
