IRS Deadline: File Form 941 – Federal Quarterly Return. Employers must file Form 941, Quarterly Federal Tax Return to report withholding, Social Security, and Medicare (FICA) taxes.
Summary Plan Descriptions Due. A Summary Plan Description (SPD) is a document that employers are required to give to employees who participate in Employee Retirement Income Security Act-covered retirement plans or health benefit plans.
Form I-9 Expired List B Policy Ends. This is the last day that employers can accept expired List B documents for Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification purposes.
