ACA Health Plan Transparency Disclosures Due. Employers that offer group health plans must publicly disclose their plan’s in-network provider rates — along with out-of-network provider allowed amounts and billed charges.
Virginia Returns to Overtime Standards. On July 1, 2022, overtime standards in Virginia will return to federal standards.
CT FMLA and CTPL Notice Requirement Effective. Employers in Connecticut must comply with CT FMLA and CT Paid Leave Act Notice requirements by this day.
New Mexico Mandates Paid Sick Leave. Employees in New Mexico will be able to earn 64 hours of paid sick leave a year, starting on July 1, 2022.
