IRS Deadline: Submit Form M-1 to the IRS. The Form M-1 is an annual report that must be filed by Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangements (MEWAs).
Medicare Part D Disclosure Due to CMS. Employers with health plans that provide prescription drug coverage to individuals who are eligible for Medicare Part D must disclose to CMS.

IRS Deadline: Send Form 1095-C to Employees (for ALEs). For non-ALEs, send Form 1095-B to employees.
OSHA E-filing Requirement Deadline. Certain employers must submit employee illness and injury information using Form 300A.
