November 1
- Income Tax Withholding Reminder: This month, encourage employees to fill out a new Form W-4 or Form W-4(SP) for 2022 if they experienced any personal or financial changes.
- Open Enrollment Season Begins: The annual open enrollment period begins today for most employers. Employees can make changes to their healthcare without penalty during this time.
- Form 941: Due File Form 941 for the 3rd quarter of 2021. Deposit or pay any undeposited tax under the accuracy of deposit rules.

Election Day: Employees have a voice, & whether legally required or not, employers should give time off to vote so they can be heard.
