ACA Benefit Eligibility for Temporary Employees

I have three employees what have worked for our agency in a temporary role for the past three months. Each employee has no more than 500 hours but they are working 40 hours per week. Am I required to enroll them in ACA and pay for their benefits now (our agency does not have a waiting period) or is it when they hit a maximum number of hours in a six-month period. Thank you.
