How do I proceed to apply for a small business loan? My doors are about to close. My employees have stopped working and the customers have stopped coming.

Small businesses and nonprofits in all 50 states are now eligible to apply for the SBA disaster relief loan: https://www.zenefits.com/workest/applications-open-for-sba-coronavirus-relief-loans-in-all-50-states/
You can find the application here: http://www.sba.gov/disaster
Only businesses who cannot find funding elsewhere will qualify. The loan amount can be up to $2 million per business and will have an interest rate of 3.75% for small businesses and 2.75% for nonprofits.
