You’ll need to go to this website and apply: https://disasterloan.sba.gov/ela/
However, in order to qualify for the low interest SBA coronavirus relief loans, the governor of the state where your business is located needs to formally request that the SBA declare your county/region as “impacted.”
To find out if your area is eligible you can check your county/state website or visit this SBA site for a list of eligible disaster areas: https://disasterloan.sba.gov/ela/Declarations
