A stereotype is a widely held but fixed image of a particular type of person. There are stereotypes all around us. Most, if not all of us, are guilty of placing inaccurate stereotypes on team members and our colleagues on a daily basis. We may think, ‘he’s a millennial he just wants to be the CEO without earning it’ or ‘she will only work on her schedule and doesn’t want to be apart of the team.’
