Matthew J. Stollak is a business professor at St. Norbert College and teaches courses that cover all aspects of human resources. Dr. Stollak’s articles have been published widely, and his academic interests include the impact of spirituality on job satisfaction, absenteeism, stress at work, and measuring the effectiveness of employee assistance programs. Dr. Stollak is active within the Society for Human Resource Management, serving at the local, regional, and national level, including serving as the advisor to the award-winning St. Norbert College SHRM student chapter.
