Jay Fulcher
Chairman and CEO
Jay is Chairman & CEO at Zenefits. He brings more than 20 years of experience in leading both public and private technology companies. Previously, Jay served as CEO of Ooyala, and Agile Software. Before that, Jay was a senior executive at both PeopleSoft and SAP. Jay is a member of the Global Leadership Council at the Lucas Graduate School and College of Business at San Jose State University.
Laks Srini
Chief Technology Officer
Laks is the co-founder and CTO of Zenefits. Since the company's founding in 2013, Laks has led and helped expand Zenefits' business, which serves tens of thousands of companies. Prior to Zenefits, Laks served as a software engineer at SigFig and as a project leader at D. E. Shaw & Co.
Jeff Carr
Chief Operating Officer
Jeff leads Zenefits' go-to-market functions including sales, service, support, channels, alliances and growth organizations. Jeff is a technology veteran with an extensive Cloud HCM background and more than 20 years experience leading a variety of venture-backed startups and successful public companies. Prior to Zenefits, he was CEO at PeopleFluent, President of Saba, COO at Taleo, CEO at Motiva, President at RightWorks (President) and EVP at PeopleSoft
Stephanie Ho
VP of Channels & Alliances
Stephanie leads Zenefits' channel partnerships and alliances team. She joined Zenefits in 2013 and built Zenefits' Account Management and Broker Services functions. Prior to Zenefits, Stephanie was the SVP of Corporate Development and Chief of Staff to the CEO of Sanare, a healthcare services company focused on diabetes education. She had previously worked as a private equity investor - evaluating, investing in and strategically advising companies in business services, healthcare services and technology at Bertram Capital and Behrman Capital. Stephanie began her career with Morgan Stanley's Technology Mergers & Acquisitions group.
Allison Temple Tiscornia
VP of Services
Alli is Vice President of Services at Zenefits, overseeing the development and successful execution of professional services that complement the Zenefits platform. Alli has managed teams in every aspect of the customer management lifecycle - from Professional Services Sales and Implementation to Customer Success and Support teams. Alli spent the past 15 years working in leadership roles at Medallia, Visa, and Endeca (acquired by Oracle). Alli began her career with CA Technologies.
Joshua Stein
General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and VP of External Affairs
Joshua is the General Counsel at Zenefits, where he leads the company's compliance, regulatory affairs, and government relations efforts. The first attorney hired at Zenefits, Joshua previously served as Chief Compliance Officer, VP of Litigation, Regulatory Affairs, and Public Policy. Prior to Zenefits, Josh also served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, a federal judicial clerk, and an Intelligence Officer for the U.S. Army.

Chief Strategy Officer
Abhijeet is the Chief Strategy Officer at Zenefits. Prior to Zenefits, Abhijeet worked at McKinsey, where he led corporate and business strategy initiatives for high-tech companies and government agencies. Prior to McKinsey, he worked at the World Bank.
Sarah Blanchard
VP of Customer Engagement
Sarah is Vice President of Customer Engagement at Zenefits bringing the voice of the customer to influence Zenefits products and services. An experienced customer advocate, Sarah has helped shape and optimize the Zenefits support organization and its processes while leading the support and escalations teams. Prior to Zenefits, Sarah was director of Operations for Truly Accomplished, and held customer advocate roles at The Lime Group, Shumway Capital Partners, and the Trium Group.
Jeff Hazard
VP of Sales and Agency Principal Agent
Jeff serves as VP of Sales and Agency Principal Agent. Prior to Zenefits, Jeff was at ADP, where he was Divisional Vice President of Sales. In his 16-year tenure at ADP, Jeff bridged the gap between product and sales by serving as a liaison between the two groups, enhancing communication and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to ADP, Jeff held sales positions at Concur and StorageNetwork. Jeff was ADP's Executive Sponsor for Women in Leadership.
Laura Kreitler
VP of Alliances
Laura is VP of Partnerships at Zenefits, focused on building alliances with organizations that complement our platform, and share our focus on supporting small and medium size businesses. Laura joined Zenefits in 2014 to build the Client Support Specialist Teams, later transitioning to lead the Carrier Operations and Relations teams. As a former entrepreneur and Zenefits customer, Laura previously ran a clean-tech company in the agricultural space where she learned firsthand the challenges that face business owners. Laura began her career with Citigroup's Corporate and Investment Bank. She is on the board of Project Glimmer, a member of the SF Council for the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), and helps run her family's winegrowing business.
Colin Rogers
VP of Carrier Relations
Colin is VP of Carrier Relations at Zenefits. His career has spanned nearly 20 years in the health insurance industry. After building the first Consumer Driven Health Practice as lead consultant with Accenture Consulting, Colin joined Revolution Health Group to construct one of industry's first digital insurance Marketplaces. Subsequently, Colin went on to help conceive and build the first National, private Medicare exchange, as VP of Carrier Services with Extend Health, and then in the same role at Willis Towers Watson.
Jessica Hoffman
VP of Communications
Jessica is VP of Communications at Zenefits, where she oversees public relations, social media and corporate communications. Before joining Zenefits, Jessica was VP of Global Communications for SquareTrade where she helped build a global consumer insurance brand. Prior to SquareTrade, Jessica ran her own Marketing and Communications practice for 8 years. Jessica served as VP of Marketing at Ask.com, where she led communications for the company's international expansion and marketing for the enterprise software division.

David is an Internet entrepreneur who was the founding CEO of Yammer and original COO and product leader of PayPal. He also produced the award-winning independent film Thank You For Smoking. He is an angel investor in tech companies like Facebook, Uber, Airbnb, Houzz, SpaceX, and Palantir.

Lars Dalgaard is a general partner at the venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz. Previously, Lars was founder and CEO of SuccessFactors, where he led the company public in November 2007 and through acquisition by SAP for $3.6B in 2012. Prior to SuccessFactors, Lars held strategic marketing and management positions with Unilever and Novartis in several European countries and the U.S. Lars holds a BA from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark, and a MS from Stanford University Graduate School of Business as a Sloan Fellow.

Founded in 2007 by Bill McGlashan, TPG Growth is a fully integrated global growth investment platform with over $7 billion in assets under management and investments throughout North America, China, India and Southeast Asia. TPG Growth has invested and partnered with leading technology companies including Airbnb, Uber, SurveyMonkey, Success Factors, Box, and Domo. McGlashan currently serves as chairman of the board of XOJET, co-chairman of the board of Fender Musical Instruments, and on the boards of STX Entertainment, Evolution Media Partners, e.l.f. Cosmetics, and CAA, among others.
