One of the great joys of working for a company that focuses on building better workplaces is being surrounded by inspiring colleagues that truly care about the new world of work.

A few weeks ago, Zenefits added Tracy Cote as its Chief People Officer. She has deep human resources experience, helping to build business strategy and careers alike at both startups and enterprise companies. Further, Tracy’s passion for the subject matter led her to a decade as a university professor dedicated to demystifying HR for emerging practitioners.
