Ida – you may still be in luck. While the SBA was deluged with requests when the initial loans were announced, many businesses who incorrectly applied for the loans and subsequently returned them may have made funds available. Check with your local bank or SBA office to see if there’s any money left from the CARES Act loan program. If not, you may be able to leverage a normal small business loan through the agency.
