The Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) is available through the Small Business Administration. Small businesses can apply directly through the SBA website, but the application portal is currently closed due to lack of funding.

Congress just passed a new coronavirus relief bill on April 23, which will replenish funds for the Paycheck Protection Program and EIDL. President Trump is expected to sign it quickly into law. It is expected that the SBA will be able to take new applications for the EIDL program, which also allows businesses to apply for a grant up to $10,000.
